Make a difference: 起到【重要】作用
Make a world of difference： 起到【重要】作用2，哈哈，就是起到更…重要的作用了

A world of difference：單用則表示極大的不同，總之 a world of ...起的是強調和加強語氣的作用
There's a world of difference between these two cities. 兩個城市有很大的不同。
Categorize 給…歸類，一般后面接in or into，表示歸入的【具體類別】
Categorize your apps in different parts/kinds/groups，比如：
Categorize users into low or moderate risk groups 把用戶歸為低風險組別和中等風險組別
Categorize sth. as ... ，也是常見用法，比如：
And we like to categorize people as 'being crazy', but, they really are not insane.
我們喜歡把人們歸類為“瘋狂”，但，他們不是真的患有精神病。

I'm fascinated by What's up. Does it have any functions more magnificent than Wechat or Sina Weibo? 對于What's up，我還是很感興趣，和微信、微博比，它有什么更出眾的功能呢？
They kind of look similar but they really act in a different way. 他們看起來很相似，但是功能卻不同。
Ray在強調Facebook, Twitter, Instagram這些國外流行社交網絡各有自己的特點。


Act in a different way: 基本等同于have different functions但更精確，因為語義中包含了設計理念和運行模式
You can have like thousands of followers on Instagram.
Follower 粉絲【社交網絡】，微博的粉絲也是這個詞
Send a twit to sb. / twit sb. 發一條推特給某人
Ray沒說具體一個推特限制的字數在多少以內，但這個功能設置和微博類似，所以Julie說：
So it's pretty much the same as Sina Weibo.
Pretty much the same as sth. 和…差不多

所以Ray覺得Twitter和微博的功能更相似，應屬一類，那么Facebook呢？

這里的You know I'm talking about... 好像沒有太多具體意思，省略也可以，但這恰恰是一個很自然的話題內容切換手法，也是《英用》這種highlight真實語境的教學節目特別推崇的語言學習點。

Ray又提到了一個曾經很火的社交網站——人人網。
Is it still around? 這個網站還在嗎？
但是Ray說人人網其實是模仿的Facebook。

Are they [Facebook and Renren] the same or are they similar? 人人網和Facebook是一樣的東西嗎？或者有什么相似之處？
Facebook is a little more personal. 更注重保護個人隱私。
You don't really want to add people you don't know because you will be sharing your family pictures...
Facebook和微信這種，添加某人，我們可以說'add sb.'；而在微博、Twitter、Instagram,我們一般是'follow sb. '或者‘be followed by sb.'
You uploaded your photos and you tagged your family members...

這里擴展一下，社交網絡上的動態可以用Posting/post [countable noun.]表示

A posting / a post can be text, pictures, audio clips or video clips
On Instigram and Sina Weibo, you can have bags of followers, heaps of them.

Bags of / heaps of sth. 很多，這兩個短語都修飾可數/不可數名詞均可，比lots of 洋氣多啦~
