It looks like Demi Lovato got a new hairstyle and a new tattoo. The singer debuted some long, dark hair extensions over the weekend, which currently has fans glorifying over her Camp Rock days on Disney Channel.

Lovato, who has sported blue, blonde, and even pink hairstyles over the years, first previewed the new look on Snapchat, she later followed it up with a photo on Instagram. Lovato also unveiled her brand-new tattoo: a tiny smiley face on her pinky finger.
