Storming the Court~How a Band of Yale Law Students Sued the President and Won, is written by Brandt Goldstein. He is an attorney and writer whose articles have been published in The New York Times Magazine, The Washington Post, and the online edition of The Wall Street Journal. A graduate of Yale Law School, he served as a law clerk and then practiced at two private firms in Washington for several years.
