According to the 26th annual national Airline Quality Rating report, which was released Monday, Virgin America is tops in airline quality among the biggest U.S. airlines for the fourth year in a row.

The report came on the same day that Alaska Airlines made an announcement that it purchased Virgin America for $2.6 billion.
