The ever-growing rate of college enrollment(錄取) has led to a relatively popularized higher education and a huge army of graduates every year. What's more, most of the graduates just want to work in big cities such as Beijing and Shanghai, which makes employment situation in the big cities more serious.
大學擴招導致每年畢業生大軍激增。另外，大部分畢業生只想在諸如北京、上海等大城市工作，這又使得大城市本已嚴峻的就業情形雪上加霜。
Therefore, having well-educated graduates work at village-level governments is an important decision made by the government to solve the employment problem and further implement(實現) the scientific outlook on development and. accelerate the construction process of the new socialist countryside.
因此，鼓勵受過良好教育的畢業生到村級政府機構工作是政府下達的一個重要決定。這不僅有助于解決就業問題，同時也進一步加快了建設社會主義新農村的步伐。

But, in fact , working in a low-ranking occupation can toughen one's will, help to accumuLate(積累) experience and develop competitiveness. In this sense, being a village official can be a good start to their career.
或許，對于許多畢業生而言，到農村或偏遠地區工作是件很沒面子的事，但事實上，在底層工作能夠磨煉一個人的意志，有助于積累工作經驗，提升競爭力。從這點來講，村官是其職業發展的一個良好開端。
