President Xi Jinping says China's rural land reforms will stick to three guidelines as policymakers announce new measures to let the market play a more decisive role.

Xi said during a meeting Tuesday that the reforms will result in:
周二會議上習主席表示：
no change of farmland ownership; no more arable land acquired; and no infringement of farmers' benefits.
堅持土地公有制性質不改變、耕地紅線不突破、農民利益不受損三條底線。
