1.jump

a.jump用作及物動(dòng)詞時(shí),意為“使…跳躍,使…驚起”,著重從地面、其他表面或地點(diǎn)跳起,可指往高處跳,也可指往低處跳,還可指跳過什么; 強(qiáng)調(diào)的是猛然跳起或跳躍的動(dòng)作,其后接名詞、代詞或反身代詞作賓語(yǔ),可用于被動(dòng)結(jié)構(gòu)。

b.jump也可用作不及物動(dòng)詞,意為“跳,躍”,通常不與表示延續(xù)的時(shí)間狀語(yǔ)連用,也不用于進(jìn)行體,除非表示的是重復(fù)的動(dòng)作。

c.jump還可以作“暴漲”解,一般指數(shù)量突然迅猛地增長(zhǎng),用作不及物動(dòng)詞。

jump into(v.+prep.)

leave a place suddenly, with a springing movement 突然離開; 跳離

eg：I look up and down at the newcomer.

3.forgot to

forget to do:忘了應(yīng)去做某事

You won’t forget to post the letter, won’t you?

你不會(huì)忘記寄那封信,是嗎? (信尚未寄出)

forget doing:忘了已做過某事

I’ll never forget seeing the opera in Beijing.

我永遠(yuǎn)也忘不了在北京看的那場(chǎng)歌劇.(已經(jīng)看過那場(chǎng)歌劇)
