Thoughts on Love and Happiness
Maybe God wants us to meet a few wrong people before meeting the right one so that when we finally meet the right person, we will know how to be grateful for that gift. When the door of happiness closes, another opens, but oftentimes we look so long at the closed door that we don't see the one which has been opened for us. It's true that we don't know what we've got until we lose it, but it's also true that we don't know what we've been missing until it arrives.
也許上帝想讓我們在遇到對的人之前遇到一些錯的人，只有這樣我們才能最終見到對的人，對上帝賜予的禮物抱有感恩的心。當幸福之門關閉的時候，另一扇門會為你打開。但是我們常常會很久注意那扇關閉的門，而看不到為我們打開的門。事實是我們確實直到失去的時候才會明白我們擁有過什么，但是我們也直到那一刻到來時才知道失去了什么。
Giving someone all your love is never an assurance that they'll love you back! Don't wait for love in return; just wait for it to grow in their heart but if it doesn't, be content it grows in yours. It takes only a minute to get a crush on someone, an hour to like someone, and a day to love someone, but it takes a lifetime to forget someone.
付出你全部的愛并不一定能讓那個人也同樣地愛你！不要期待愛的回報；如果你的心中沒有愛，就等待它在你心中扎根，心甘情愿地讓愛在心中成長。迷戀上某個人只要一分鐘，喜歡上一個人要一個小時，一天就可以愛上一個人，但是需要一生的時間去忘記一個人。
Don't go for looks; they cheat. Don't go for wealth; even that fades away. Go for someone who makes you smile because it takes only a smile to make a dark day seem bright. Find the one that makes your heart smile. There are moments in life when you miss someone so much that you just want to pick them from your dreams and hug them for real! Dream what you want to dream; go where you want to go; be what you want to be, because you have only one life and one chance to do all the things you want to do.
別在意外表；它往往不真實。別在意財富；因為它會有用完的一天。找一個能讓你綻放笑容的人，因為一個笑容就能讓灰暗的一天變得明亮。找個能讓你內心愉悅的人。生命中會有某個時刻你會非常地想念某個人，腦海中會不斷回憶著他的音容笑貌，渴求一個真實的擁抱！做你想做的夢；去你想去的地方；成為你想成為的人，因為你只有一次生命和一次做你想做的事的機會。
