1.crust n. 外殼，堅硬的外殼，面包皮

如：The earth's crust is layered..
地球的外殼是分層的。

The crust on the snow was thick enough for us to walk on it.
外層的雪已經凍硬，可以在上面行走。

The snow crusted the lake last night.
昨夜的雪使湖面結了冰。

2.tablespoon n. 湯匙，一湯匙容量

如：Add one level (ie not heaped) tablespoon of sugar.

3.stir vt. 激起，惹起，攪和

如：The news caused quite a stir in the village.
