看moment的用法:
一、moment用作名詞,意為“片刻;瞬間”。如:
To everybody, 's delight, she arrived at the last moment.
使大家感到高興的是,她在最后一刻趕到了。
二、moment用作名詞,意為“重要;重大”。
如:
In my opinion, the conversation is of little moment.
依我看,這次會談不很重要。
三、與moment構成的常用短語。
1. at the moment 意為“此刻”(與現在時連用)或“那時;當時”(與過去時連用)。如:
I'm afraid I'm too busy at the moment to see anyone.
很遺憾,我此刻太忙,不能去見任何人。
2. for the moment意為“暫時”。如:
She is out, so you may use her typewriter for the moment.
她出去了,你可以暫時使用她的打字機。
3. in a moment 意為“立刻”。如:
I'll join you in the discussion in a moment.
我一會兒和你們一起討論。
4. for a moment意為“一會兒”。如:
I had to think for a moment before I remembered his name.

5. at any moment 意為“隨時”。如:
He told me I could call him at any moment.

四、the (very) moment可用作連詞。譯為“一……就”。（此時可用the minute;
the instant; the second等替代）
