Look at picture one.
看圖一。
Mr. and Mrs. Brown are going to Beijing with their son Jim.
布朗先生和夫人和他們的兒子吉姆正要一起去北京。
They are going there by plane.
他們乘飛機到那里。
The plane is going to leave at 12:00. It's 10:00 now.
飛機將要在12點起飛。現在是10點。
They are waiting for a taxi.
他們正在等出租車。
But there's no bus going by.
但是沒有公共汽車經過。
Look at picture two.
看圖二。
At a quarter to eleven, they get on the bus.
10點45分，他們上了公共汽車。
They ask the driver to drive fast.
他們要求司機開快點。
On the way, there is a traffic accident.
路上發生了交通事故。
The taxi can't move.
出租車開不動了。
Look at picture three.
看圖三。
They get out of the taxi and walk to the airport.
他們下了車，直接走去機場。
They get on the airport at half past eleven.
他們在11點半趕到了機場。
When they sit down in the plane, it is twelve o'clock.
當他們在飛機上坐下的時候，剛好是十二點。
But there's something wrong with the plane.
但是飛機出了點故障。
They have to get off the plane and get on another one again.
他們不得不下了飛機，坐上另外一架飛機。

看圖四。
They look happy because they get to Beijing.
他們為了能去北京都很高興。
