But trailing clouds of glory do we come

只有主的榮耀如同浮云泛起

From God, who is our home:

直至天上的歸宿

Nothing can bring back the hour of splendour in the grass

雖然美妙的時(shí)光一去不返難覓蹤影

Of glory in the flower;We will grive not

我們不會(huì)嘆息

Rather find strength in what remains behind;

要在剩下的時(shí)間中重獲力量

In the primal sympathy which having been must ever be

用最深的憐惜，過(guò)去的不能再有

In the soothing thoughts that spring out of human suffering

從人類的痛苦里迸發(fā)寬慰的思潮

In the faith that looks through death

可以看穿死亡的信仰

Thanks to the human heart by which we live

感謝使人活著的心

Thanks to its tenderness,its joys,its fears.

感謝它的柔軟，興奮，和恐懼

To me,the meanest flower that blows

對(duì)于我，最有意義的花

Can give thought that do often lie too deep for tears.
