inform后面不跟雙賓語，
He has informed me his new address.
這個句子是錯誤的，應在his前加介詞of。
inform后可加賓語再接that引導從句，但不能直接跟that引導從句。

應在inform后加賓語you。
inform可表示“告訴”，但是用tell會比較普通；
inform表示“向某人報告”，而不是“報告”，因此后面不可直接加事件的詳情。
He has informed his new address to me.

【詞義辨析】
inform, acquaint, notify, advise
這些動詞都有“通知、告知”之意。
inform普通用詞，指傳達事實或信息，或指經過研究或調查而獲得的事實或信息。
acquaint指提供有關信息或情況使某人熟悉某些過程或復雜的情況。
notify指正式通知需要注意的事情。
advise指正式通知某件重要事，所通知的事情與被通知的人有關。
