【rent,let,lease的區別】
說到房地產租賃，英文有 rent、let、lease 三字，但三字意思有點不同。
rent可以指“出租”或“租用”，例如：

2.Mary has rented the house from Tom.（瑪麗向湯姆租了這棟房子。）
