Kristen Bell has scored roles in two very different upcoming projects. The Hollywood Reporter brings word that the "Veronica Mars" and Forgetting Sarah Marshall star will appear in both the comedy drama Some Girl(s) and will provide the leading voice for the Walt Disney Pictures animated project, Frozen.
Some Girl(s), an adaptation of the recent Neil LaBute play, is set to star Adam Brody in the lead with Bell playing his character's ex-girlfriend, Bobbi. The original stage version is officially described as follows:
Your career as a writer is blossoming, your beautiful, young fiancee is waiting to get married and rush off to Cancun by your side ? so what is your natural reaction? Well, if you're a man, it's probably to get nervous and start calling up old girlfriends.
And so begins a single man's odyssey through four hotel rooms, as he flies across the country in search of the perfect woman (whom he's already broken up with). 'Some Girl(s)' is the latest work from Neil LaBute, American theater's great agent provocateur. In grand LaBute fashion, this by turns outrageously funny and deadly serious portrait of the artist as a young seducer casts a truthful, hilarious light on a typical young American male as he wanders through the heart of darkness that is himself.
Frozen, meanwhile, is said to be a CG adaptation of Hans Christian Anderson抯 "The Snow Queen" and will feature original songs, including ones sung by Bell herself.

　　《白雪皇后》故事講述了魔鬼制作的鏡子的碎片掉落到人間，有一片恰巧落在了男孩加伊的心里，善良的加伊立刻變成了無情的人，他的心變成了冰塊，并跟著白雪皇后去了遙遠(yuǎn)的北極。和加伊青梅竹馬的小女孩格爾達(dá)傷心欲絕，于是踏上前往北極的旅程，想要把加伊帶回家……目前還不清楚克里斯汀·貝爾是為哪一個角色配音，不過從戲份來看“格爾達(dá)”是這個故事當(dāng)之無愧的女主角，貝爾也最有可能為她配音。
　　Frozen是由迪士尼動畫工作室（Disney Animation）制作的，導(dǎo)演是曾經(jīng)執(zhí)導(dǎo)過《人猿泰山》（Tarzan）和《沖浪企鵝》（Surf’s Up）的克里斯·巴克（Chris Buck）。影片中會有不少歌曲，作曲家原定的是艾倫·曼肯（Alan Menken）。
