【例3】What is the news mainly about?(2007真題第29 題) A． Religious violence B． Refugee issue C． Aferry disaster D． A rescue operation 分析：根據導語一An Indonesian ferry,packed with hundreds of refugee violence in the mvaged Spice Island sank yesterday，and it was not clear whether any one has survived， rescue oficials said．找出對應答案為C． 2． 細節題一問題答案合并法細節題是新聞題型中所占比例較高的一種題型。很多同學的感慨是聽新聞時太多細節，因此很難把握能在選項中選出正確答案。細節題的關鍵不在于你能夠聽到多少的細節，而在于你能否找到題目的題點(pointtothequestion)。對于此種題型的應試策略為：首先找到題目中的關鍵詞或者短語，在聽材料的過程中能夠增加對問題的敏感度，以便更容易聽到題點；聽到題點之后，便可采用問題答案合并法，即問題與答案出現在同一個句子中間，很容易找到正確答案。

【例5】Who will provide the distribution networks in the joint venture?(2006真題第28題) A． Unilever B． Nestle C． PepsiCo D． CocaCola 分析：首先找出題目中的關鍵詞provide the distribution 找出包含題目及答案的句子PepsiCois contributingits bodily facilities and distribution networks to the alliance while Unilever provides the famous tea brand and recipe．找出對應答案為C。
【例6】How many settlements would have to be removed altogether in the Gaza Strip and the West Bank? (2007真題第22題) A． 2 B． 4 C． 21 D． 25 分析：首先找出題目中的關鍵詞settlements，be removed， altogether,再找出包含題目及答案的句子He’d asked Israel to removeall 21 settlersintheGazaStrip，and4in theWestBank．找出對應答案D． 3． 推理題一句式句意轉換法推理題一向是各種題型中最難的一類，一般不能直接聽到答案，而需要對新聞中的某句話進行句式或句意上的轉換。對于此類題型，可以參照細節題的方法，同樣先找出題目中的關鍵詞，在新聞中聽到考點后迅速進行句式或句意上的轉換，再找出答案。
【例7】Thefirewerethoughtto have been started (2005 真題第25題) A． purposefully B． accidentally C． On theMexican border D． in southern California 分析：首先找出題目中的關鍵詞fire，start，利用句式合并法找出對應的句子The authority said they were seeking two men in connection with the fire，which they be lieved were started deliberately．解題的關鍵在于找到started deliberately 的同義轉述started purposefully．找出對應答案為A。
【例8】 — ranks second among leading tourism nations． (2005真題第26題) A． Fran ce B． Th e United States C． Spain D． Italy 分析：首先找出題目中的關鍵詞rank second，利用句式合并法找出對應的句子France remains the most popular destination，receiving more than 77，000，000 visitors folowed by Spain．the United States and Italy．解題的關鍵在于找到 rank second的對應部分folowed by Spain．找出對考試~大應答案為 C。
【例9】Th e ferry boat WaS designed to early — — passengers．(2007真題第30題) A． 198 B． 200 C． 290 D． 500 分析：首先找出題目中的關鍵詞carry,passengers，利用句式合并法找出對應的句子Officials said the ship had a capacity 200 passengers⋯ 解題的關鍵在于找到carry, passengers的對應部分me ship had a capacity 200 passengers．找出對應答案為B．四、對錯判斷題—細節答案對應法對錯判斷題同樣是新聞中出現頻率較高的題型，實際上也是一種細節題，只是要求學生對答案中的多個細節加以判斷。對于此類題型，采用最多的是細節答案對應法，即在聽新聞材料的過程中，聽到題點，迅速找到對應得選項并要求做出對錯判斷。
【例10】Which of the folowing has NOT been afected bythewildfires?(2005真題第24題) A ． Houses B． Land C． Skies D． Cars 分析：首先找出題目中的關鍵詞NOT been，afected by the wildfires，找出對應的句子Gigantic waves of flam that covered entire neighborhoodsan dfilled the skies over southern California with ash⋯排除對應答案C：找出對應句子They were reported to have destroyed 800 homes and consumed about 120，000 hectares of land排除對應答案A，B．找出答案為D。

(2006真題第25題) A． Th etwoferries sallkon diferentdays． B． Th e accidents were caused by storms． C． Th etwoferries sallkonthe sameriver． D． Morepeoplewererescuedfrom thefirstferry．分析：首先找出題目中的關鍵詞details INCORRECT, 找出對應的句子Storms sallk two ferries in southern Bangladeshi on Sunday and⋯找出對應答案B 為correct detail；A為incorectdetail；找出對應句子One ofthe packed ferries⋯ an d50wererescued；A secondferry sallkonthe same riverjust one kilometer away⋯ ．，after 6 were rescued 找出對應答案C，D為correct details．找出答案為A。
