In order that people may be happy in their work，
these things are needed： they must be fit for it；
they must not do much of it；
and they must have a sense of success in it.
為了使人們在工作的時感到快樂，必須做到以下三點；
他們一定要勝任自己的工作，
他們不可做得太多；
