　　但是另外一個介紹參加考試時間方面的介紹則顯示出，SAT考試的官方也同樣希望考生能夠在高中參加考試，這樣會有更多的發揮余地。

　　When should I take the SAT?

　　Most students take the SAT during the spring of their junior year of high school. Many students choose to take the SAT a second time in the fall of their senior year after becoming familiar with the test day experience.

　　專家建議大家，如果想要參加SAT考試，最好在13至26歲之間報名，不建議考得太早，因為SAT成績的有效期是兩年，過期后還得重考的，建議最好是在高二的時候參加SAT考試。SAT考試如果能夠在高二下學期，也就是5月和或6月考出來，是最好的了。因為不但可以比較準確的確定自己可以申請的院校，同時，如果成績不理想，還可以以這個成績作為基礎先申請，而同時再報一個10月或者11月份的SAT考試，以期獲得更好的成績。

　　SAT考試時間為每年的10月、11月、12月、1月、3月、5月和6月。中國大陸沒有考點，考生最近需要到香港參加，另外，如果需要SAT1和SAT2兩個考試成績，考生就需要兩次去香港。
