人臉識(shí)別技術(shù)應(yīng)用安全管理辦法
China has made public a set of security management measures concerning the application of facial recognition technology, aiming to standardize the use of the technology and protect individuals' personal information rights. Jointly released by the Cyberspace Administration of China and the Ministry of Public Security, the measures will go into effect on June 1, 2025.
為了規(guī)范應(yīng)用人臉識(shí)別技術(shù)處理人臉信息活動(dòng)，保護(hù)個(gè)人信息權(quán)益，國家互聯(lián)網(wǎng)信息辦公室、中華人民共和國公安部近日聯(lián)合發(fā)布《人臉識(shí)別技術(shù)應(yīng)用安全管理辦法》，自2025年6月1日起施行。
China will fiercely crack down on criminal offenses including hacking, telecom fraud, and violation of citizens' privacy, in order to disable profit chain of cyber crimes, keep tough stance and safeguard legal rights and interests of the people.
要依法嚴(yán)厲打擊網(wǎng)絡(luò)黑客、電信網(wǎng)絡(luò)詐騙、侵犯公民個(gè)人隱私等違法犯罪行為，切斷網(wǎng)絡(luò)犯罪利益鏈條，持續(xù)形成高壓態(tài)勢(shì)，維護(hù)人民群眾合法權(quán)益。
