第一屆全國(guó)學(xué)生（青年）運(yùn)動(dòng)會(huì)
China's first Student (Youth) Games opened on Sunday night at the Guangxi Sports Center.
11月5日，第一屆全國(guó)學(xué)生（青年）運(yùn)動(dòng)會(huì)（以下簡(jiǎn)稱“學(xué)青會(huì)”）在廣西壯族自治區(qū)南寧市開幕，開幕式在廣西體育中心舉行。
We will launch extensive public fitness initiatives, improve physical education for our young people, promote all-around development of recreational and competitive sports, and move faster to build China into a country strong in sports.
廣泛開展全民健身活動(dòng)，加強(qiáng)青少年體育工作，促進(jìn)群眾體育和競(jìng)技體育全面發(fā)展，加快建設(shè)體育強(qiáng)國(guó)。
We must aim at building up people's physique, improving their physical health and raising their living standards, and fully leverage the important role of sports in advancing people's well-rounded development. We will continue to promote reform and innovation in sports and enhance development and research in sports science and technology. We will improve the public fitness programs and raise awareness of sports and fitness among our people, the young people in particular. We will promote the country's overall strength and competitiveness in international competitive sports, and step up efforts to build China into a country strong on sports.
我們要堅(jiān)持以增強(qiáng)人民體質(zhì)、提高全民族身體素質(zhì)和生活質(zhì)量為目標(biāo)，高度重視并充分發(fā)揮體育在促進(jìn)人的全面發(fā)展中的重要作用，繼續(xù)推進(jìn)體育改革創(chuàng)新，加強(qiáng)體育科技研發(fā)，完善全民健身體系，增強(qiáng)廣大人民群眾特別是青少年體育健身意識(shí)，增強(qiáng)我國(guó)競(jìng)技體育的綜合實(shí)力和國(guó)際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力，加快建設(shè)體育強(qiáng)國(guó)步伐。
