北京計劃推出停車章程
To tackle the rising menace of parking, authorities in Beijing are going to launch a "parking space before car" policy. It means that potential car buyers would have to rent or buy a car park space first, as a pre-condition to buying a vehicle.
為解決愈演愈烈的"停車難"問題，北京政府擬在2016年推出"有位購車"，即購車者需要先買或租下停車位才能購置汽車。
Beijing had 5.59m vehicles at the end of last year, but only around 2.9m parking spaces.
截至去年年底，北京的汽車總數達559萬輛，但僅有約290萬個停車位。
Based on internationally accepted guidelines, there should be 3.5m parking spaces to meet the current demand.
根據國際公認的標準，要新增350萬個停車位才能滿足現有需要。
