10日，中國政府網公布了《國務院關于第六批取消和調整行政審批項目的決定》，取消和調整314項審批項目。

The State Council will remove 171 administrative approval items, while the power to approve another 117 items will be handed down to government departments at lower levels.[qh]
國務院將取消171個行政審批項目，同時將117個項目的審批權下放到下一級政府部門。
Administrative approval就是“行政審批”，此次調整remove（取消）、hand down（下放）以及merge（合并）了國務院部門的314個行政審批項目，是administrative examination and approval system reforms（行政審批制度改革）的最新舉措。
此次涉及的審批項目主要集中在investment and social projects（投資和社會項目），尤其關注 real economy（實體經濟）、 small- and micro-sized enterprises（小微企業）、以及private investments（個人投資）領域。
