丹麥婚禮：秘密進行

　　讓我們感到奇怪的是，籌辦婚姻會好幾天，可卻是秘密進行的，因為公開籌辦會觸怒鬼怪或引起他們的嫉妒。在婚慶快要結束的時候,人們把一大壇啤酒抬到園子里。新郎新娘的手握在酒壇上方，然后酒壇被打得粉碎。在場的適婚女子會把碎片撿起來，撿到最大的碎片的女子注定會第一個結婚，而撿到最小的注定會終生不嫁。
