1. You use your time constructively, and while you may get bored once in awhile, you're mostly on-task and ready for action.
有建設性地使用時間。雖然時而感到無聊，但多數時候狀態不錯，隨時準備行動。

get bored表示“感到無聊”的意思，例如：

If you do the same thing month after month, you may get bored.
如果你每月都做同樣的事情，你可能會感到厭煩。

She never has time to get bored. She is as busy as a bee from morning to night.
她從不會感到無聊，因為從早忙到晚。

2. You may feel undervalued, or a job that was once challenging is now at a standstill.
也許你感到被看低了，或者原來有挑戰的工作現在停滯不前。

at a standstill 是“停止，停頓”的意思，例如：

The business is at a standstill for want of funds.
因資金匱乏，生意陷于停頓。

Sorry to have kept you waiting, but traffic was at a standstill on the expressway.
