When you go to the supermarket, you usually already have something in your mind that you want to buy and a way to buy it. Rarely do we go the other way and look at all the products we are never going to buy.

So next time you're at the food court and buying a bunch of herbs, you try looking at the shelves from top to bottom and looking for something you don't know what it is. Pick it up and read the label. Learning something new will only be beneficial.
