In a recent study at the Indiana State University, researchers found that laughter can not only reduce stress, but also improve the chances to survive cancer and HIV. The simple act of chortling can soothe tension throughout the body and also lower the body's stress hormones.
最近在印第安納州立大學有一項研究,研究員發現笑聲不但能減輕壓力,還能提高癌癥和艾滋病的治愈率。哈哈大笑這樣一個簡單的行為就能舒緩緊張的身體,減少應激激素,何樂而不為?

That's because laughter releases the feel-good hormones dopamine, serotonin and endorphins. These little guys work to improve your mood, enhance your experiences and ease feelings of fear and anxiety.
