Sort out your files
分類整理文件
Pull together any loose files that are floating around the house or your office. Go through each of the files and check the contents. If files are still active, file them; if files are inactive, be sure to archive them.
把屋里或辦公室里四處亂放的文件收集起來，仔細看看每份文件的內容，如果文件還有效，那就收起來，如果沒用了，那就存個檔。
Any material that is expired and/or no longer needed should be shredded and properly recycled.
所有過期或無用文件都要粉碎或循環利用起來。
