It's important to study English every day.However, don't exaggerate! Study for thirty minutes every day instead of twohours once a week. This habit of studying English every day will help keep English in your brain fresh.

每天學(xué)英語(yǔ)很重要。但是，也別過(guò)了頭!每天學(xué)半個(gè)小時(shí)，而不要一周學(xué)一次，一次學(xué)兩小時(shí)。每天學(xué)英語(yǔ)的習(xí)慣會(huì)讓英語(yǔ)在你的頭腦中保持新鮮。

A Little Grammar, A Little Listening, ALittle Reading, and A little Writing

Next, make sure to study a number ofareas rather than focusing on just one topic. Study a little grammar, then do ashort listening exercise, then perhaps read an article on the same topic. Don'tdo too much, twenty minutes on three different types of exercises is plenty!
