It sounds strange, but saying "no" doesn't come easy for some people.

聽起來有些奇怪，但是說“不”并不是每個人都覺得很容易的。

However, genuinely happy people don't buy into the idea of keeping others happy if you'r always down as a result.

但是如果你最后總是不開心，那么真正快樂的人不會總考慮這點的。

Instead, they exercise their right to say no, and doso in an assertive manner, that neither takes away from their relationships, or their own happiness.

相反，他們學著使用拒絕的權利，用一些比較好的方式，既不傷害感情，也不會犧牲自己的快樂。
