《撒嬌女人最好命》改編自羅曼夫的情感書籍《會撒嬌的女人最好命》，是由彭浩翔執導，黃曉明和周迅領銜主演的一部愛情喜劇片。影片講述了周迅飾演的撒嬌絕緣體“苦追”黃曉明的故事，因為碰上了深諳撒嬌之道的情敵隋棠，周迅決定苦練撒嬌技術。
