Interviewers tend to have some overlap in the questions they ask, and there are some common questions that you should alwaysbe prepared for, like: Why are you thinking about leaving your current job (or why did you leave your last job)?

面試官趨向于重復問一些問題，有一些是普遍的問題，你應該總是在準備的，像：你為什么要考慮離開現在的工作崗位（或者你為什么離開上一份工作）？

What interests you about this opening? What areyour strengths and weaknesses? What experience do you have doing each of the major responsibilities of the job?

你對這份工作感興趣的是什么？你的優缺點分別是什么？每份工作的主要職責你都有些什么經驗？

If you practice your answers to these questions until your answers flow smoothly off your tongue, you’ll generally do better in interviewers than candidates who don't prepare like this.

如果你針對這些問題做了些練習，當回答的時候你會回答的很流利，你會在面試官面前答的比那些沒有這樣練習的候選人好。
