國(guó)家新聞出版廣播電影電視總局日前發(fā)布的“封殺令”明確點(diǎn)名“吸毒”、“嫖娼”等行為，但未涉及出軌等道德問(wèn)題。

The country's top press and media watchdog has ordered TV stations and other outlets to stop broadcasting material featuring stars who use drugs or visit prostitutes.
中國(guó)最高新聞媒體監(jiān)管機(jī)構(gòu)要求電視臺(tái)和其他媒體機(jī)構(gòu)停止播放吸毒、嫖娼明星參與的作品。

【講解】

use drugs是吸毒；visit prostitutes是嫖娼。
這項(xiàng)禁令涵蓋在線(xiàn)媒體（online media）、電影制片商、出版商，適用于（appliy to）電影、廣告、電視劇以及廣播節(jié)目（radio shows），目的是保持行業(yè)的健康（keep the industry healthy）。
國(guó)家新聞出版廣電總局在聲明中表示，禁止違反法律（break the law）的明星（celebrities）參與電視節(jié)目（appear in programs），停止播放劣跡藝人（tainted stars）的作品。
聲明同時(shí)指出，近期明星吸毒和嫖娼的事件損害了娛樂(lè)產(chǎn)業(yè)的形象（harm the image of the entertainment industry），為年輕人樹(shù)立了壞榜樣（set a bad example for young people）。
此前，因吸毒被拘留的明星有功夫巨星（kung fu superstar）成龍的兒子房祖名，臺(tái)灣演員柯震東，張國(guó)立的兒子張默以及編劇（screenwriter）寧財(cái)神；涉嫌嫖娼的明星有演員黃海波以及獲得過(guò)金熊獎(jiǎng)的導(dǎo)演（Golden Bear-winning film director）王全安。
上個(gè)月，北京演出行業(yè)協(xié)會(huì)宣布不錄用涉毒、涉黃的明星（celebrities involved in drug abuse or prostitution）。
今年初，北京演出行業(yè)協(xié)會(huì)和42家北京演藝機(jī)構(gòu)（performing arts organizations）就不錄用涉毒藝人達(dá)成一致。
有關(guān)人士表示，明星不應(yīng)僅僅在公開(kāi)場(chǎng)合保持良好形象（keep a good image in the public），同時(shí)在舞臺(tái)之下（offstage）也應(yīng)自律。
