A smart horse
聰明的馬
A cowboy fell off his horse and broke his leg on the prairie. The steed grabbed his master's belt in his teeth, carried him shelter and then went to fetch the doctor.
一個(gè)牛仔在大草原上從馬背上摔了下來(lái)，摔斷了腿。馬咬住主人的腰帶，把他拖到一個(gè)避身之處，然后去找醫(yī)生。
Talking it over a few weeks later, a friend praised the horse's intelligence. "Heck, he's so smart," replied the cowboy. "He came back with the veterinarian."
幾個(gè)星期后，一個(gè)朋友談起此事，夸贊那匹馬很聰明。“見(jiàn)鬼，這匹馬可真聰明啊。”牛仔回答說(shuō)，“可是他帶回來(lái)的是獸醫(yī)啊。”
