據(jù)朝中社報道，4月1日，朝鮮平安南道、慈江道、咸鏡南道舉行軍民大會，對朝鮮人民軍最高司令部發(fā)表的聲明表示支持。

駐韓美軍司令部4月1日日表示，在朝鮮不斷加強(qiáng)軍事威脅的情況下，美國為了履行提供延伸威懾力的承諾，向韓國相繼派遣了B-52轟炸機(jī)、“夏延”號核潛艇、B-2隱形轟炸機(jī)和F-22隱形戰(zhàn)斗機(jī)。分析家說，美國高調(diào)宣布調(diào)派B-52轟炸機(jī)和B-2隱形轟炸機(jī)到朝鮮半島參加韓美聯(lián)合軍事演習(xí)，似乎想要給朝鮮的咆哮火上澆油。
