Please notice that here "should" is used in place of "if".
In British English, the structure "If + subject + should + verb" is often used as "Should + subject + verb".
Should you change your mind, let us know. (= If you should change your mind, let us know.)
如果你改變了主意,就告訴我們。
Should you see Harry, give him my regards. (= If you should see Harry, give him my regards.)
要是你見到哈利,替我問候他。
Also please notice the difference between
If you see Harry, give him my regards. (You may see him.)
If you should see Harry, give him my regards. (You might see him.)
