Felipe, I'm from Colombia. The question is what do you like to eat for an energy boost? Well, I think there are many options, you know, when you need some energy, when you feel like weak. One of them is chocolate. You know, we all love chocolate and we can get it, you can get a bar or you can get an ice cream or a cake. That's a really good boost of energy and it just, immediately you feel, you know, like active and stronger. The second one I think is some snacks, you know like chips or many other snacks that you can eat and it has a lot of calories so it works very, very good also. And I think the best one is, you know, to maybe eat home made food such as let's say soup, you know, let's say a soup full of vegetables and potatoes and meat. I think that's the best food you can have for an energy boost and plus it's really healthy.
