On Thursday,Brian and Danny are selling their products.
星期四，布賴恩和丹尼在賣他們的商品。
A classmate comes up to Brian's table.
一名同學來到布賴恩的桌旁。
"What are you selling?" she asks.
“你在賣什么？”她問道。
"Cookies," says Brian."I baked them myself."
“餅干，”布賴恩說，“我自己烤的。”
"Are they expensive?" she asks.
“它們貴嗎？”她問。
"I don't have very much money."
“我沒有很多錢。”
"You can buy four for only one dollar," says Brian.
“你只需一美元就能買四塊，”布賴恩說。
They're cheap!
它們很便宜！
That's fine.I'll take four,please.
好的。我要四塊，謝謝。
"Great!" says Brian."One dollar,please."
“好的！”布賴恩說，“一美元。”
The girl takes a one-dollar bill from her purse and pays for her cookies.
女孩從錢包里拿出一美元的紙幣,付了她的餅干錢。
"Do you have any other things for sale?" she asks.
“你還賣別的東西嗎？”她問。
"No,I'm afraid not," says Brian.
“不，沒有了，”布賴恩說。
"I'm only selling cookies.
“我只賣餅干。
But my friend Danny is selling something,too."
但我的朋友丹尼也在賣東西。”
"What's he selling?" she asks.
“他賣什么？”她問。
"I don't know," says Brian,"but his table is over there."
“我不知道，”布賴恩說，“但是他的桌子就在那邊。”
She goes over to Danny's table.
她走向丹尼的桌子。
She sees five pieces of wood.
她看到了五塊木板。
Each one has a bag and a big red flag.
每塊木板上有一個袋子和一個面大紅旗。
"What is this thing?" she asks.
“這是什么？”她問。
It's Danny Desk-cycle!
是丹尼自行車桌！
Do you want to buy one?
你想買一張嗎？
"What is it for?" asks the girl.
“它是干什么用的？”女孩問。
"Well,you glue it onto your bike," says Danny.
“哦，你可以將它粘在你的自行車上，”丹尼說，
"It's a desk,so you can do your homework as you ride."
“它是一張桌子，這樣的話你在騎車時也能做作業。”
She says,"I don't think it would be safe to do my homework on a bicycle."
她說：“我認為在自行車上做作業不安全。”
"Try it for one week," says Danny.
“試用一星期吧，”丹尼說，
"If you don't like it,I will give back your money."
“如果你不喜歡的話，我就將錢退還給你。”
"Well," she says,"how much does it cost?"
“好吧，”她說，“多少錢？”
"It's only five dollars," says Danny.
“只需五美元。”丹尼說，
"That's a very low price for such a great product!"
“對于這么棒的產品，那是很便宜的價格！”
"No,that's too expensive.
“不，太貴了。
I'm afraid I can't afford it.
恐怕我買不起。
I only have some coins.
我只有幾個硬幣。
I gave my other money to Brian for some cookies."
其它的錢我都買了一些布賴恩的餅干。”
"You bought cookies?" says Danny.
“你買了餅干？”丹尼說，
"May I have one,please?I'm hungry!"
“我能吃一塊嗎？我餓了！”
