Is it hard to understand your friends when they speak English?

Li Ming, you have many friends who speak English.

I don't have any. I would love to speak English with your friends.
我一個也沒有。我想和你的朋友說英語。
I have an idea. Let's phone Jenny.
我有一個主意。 讓我們打電話給珍妮。
You can speak English with her.
你可以和她說英語。
I'm scared.
我害怕。
Don't be scared.
不要怕。
Jenny will love talking with you.

Li Ming looks at his watch.

It's nine o'clock in the morning.

In Canada, it's early in the evening.
