由前公司和/或畢業院校以正式信函(帶信頭)給出最佳。推薦信的有無以及好壞取決于你平時的表現和社交能力,因為老師,學校和公司不可能為每一個學生或員工都寫推薦信,也不可能都寫得那么好。如果沒有的話請一位熟悉自己的長者也可以。但注意千萬不要作假,憑空捏造。
第四部分 重大的嘉獎或成績的復印件
值得一提的是,除了以上看報紙寄求職信等消息的方法外,還有一種最直接而且事實證明是最有效的求職方法,就是直接上門。但這種會丟掉你很多“面子”。
瞄準你想進入的公司,或許列一個公司地址列表,準備好個人簡歷和推薦信以及求職信,逐一拍門。來到接待處直接說明你想找工作,要求見一見經理。對一些正式的公司來說,如果經理在場的話會給你2--5分鐘的時間,然后你必須準確地把握你的短暫時間和語言能力,說出你的大意,并要求留下你的個人簡歷和推薦信以及求職信。如果經理不在的話,接待處職員會讓你填好一張表格,然后回去等消息。
根據一些國家的法律,公司和雇主沒有權利拒絕求職者要求填求職表格的請求,不管該公司有沒有登招聘廣告。甚至要求雇主必須以書信或者電子郵件的格式給求職者一個答復。
千萬不要以為這樣就會成功,你必須不斷的碰釘子,不斷的接受失敗,然后從失敗中鍛煉,你會學會如何跟公司接待處的職員溝通,如何在與經理的短暫的談話中直截了當,給他一個好的印象。
這樣,可能你會經歷100次的失敗,但很有可能你會在第101次時成功。記住,不要放棄。
最后,一封出色的求職信和優秀的個人簡歷并不是成功的保證,但卻是非常重要的成功的第一步,尤其值得把它做得最好。
