assume, presume, suppose, guess, postulate的區別:這些動詞均含為“假設，猜想，推測”之意。
assume：指有很少或完全無根據的武斷推測或不合邏輯的推理。
I assume she is innocent.

presume：側重以過去經驗或根據現實的某些感覺把某事認定為是事實。
They presume the man to be innocent.

suppose：常用詞，意義較廣泛，指缺乏確切事實，根據一些現象進行的推測，也可指為論證而提出合乎邏輯推理的某種假定，有時僅表示自己的意見。
