Notice that after some verbs of physical senses, such as see, watch, hear, notice, etc, the infinitive verb is used without to:
Did you see / notice him go out? 你見他出去了嗎?
I heard her sing in the next room last night. 昨夜我聽見她在隔壁房間唱歌。
The policeman saw the man open the window. 警察看見那男子打開窗子。
