Shopping is a delight for both customers and shop assistants.
In big cities such as Beijing and Shanghai,
department stores shopping centers

There the prices of goods are not fixed by the government.
People can bargain with sellers.
This is because many shops often quote the prices of their goods
well above their expected amount.
They believe that nearly everybody coming to free markets will bargain,
So,if you don't bargin,you'll surely pay more than necessary.
