Meaning: I not only didn't feel happy answering questions, but also I didn't want to say anything in English.
Note: With "not only" or "only" placed at the beginning of a sentence, the sentence order should be inverted (倒裝) as you find it in the reading passage. Here are more examples:
Only in this way can you hope to finish the work at the end of this month. 只有用這種方法你才有望在月底之前完成這項工作。
Not only did we enjoy the film, but we also had a wonderful time. 我們不僅看了電影,而且玩得很痛快。
