8. Are pets allowed? （公寓里）可以養(yǎng)寵物嗎？
We only allow a medium or small dog or a cat. 我們只允許你養(yǎng)中小型狗或貓。
No pets are allowed. 不允許養(yǎng)任何寵物。
There will be a $2000 penalty if you privately keep a pet. 如果你私養(yǎng)寵物被發(fā)現(xiàn)的話，則會(huì)面臨2000美金的罰金。
Tip：在美國遛狗時(shí)，狗是一定要把被拴好的。

Parking on our private parking lots is permit only. We’ll issue each unit one permit. 只有有停車許可證的人才可以在我們的私有停車場(chǎng)上停車；我們會(huì)為每一個(gè)單元的住戶，發(fā)放一個(gè)停車許可證。
11. Are utilities all included? 房租里包含水電氣等公用事業(yè)（的使用費(fèi)用）嗎？
常見的utility公用事業(yè)英文表達(dá)方式如下: water水；electricity電；gas燃?xì)猓籬eat暖氣； internet網(wǎng)絡(luò)；cable TV有線電視
Water, gas and electricity are included房租內(nèi)已包含水、燃?xì)夂碗姷氖褂觅M(fèi)用。
Rent doesn’t include electricity 房租不包電費(fèi)。
12.How many days could I have an extra guest? 額外的客人可以在我的住所呆多久？
Any guest is not allowed to stay over a week. 任何的客人都不可停留超過一周。
13.What happens when there’s a maintenance problem in the apartment? 如果公寓內(nèi)出現(xiàn)維修問題的話，你們會(huì)如何處理？
Just give us a call, our maintenance staff will be there in half an hour. 給我們打個(gè)電話就行，我們的維修員工半個(gè)小時(shí)內(nèi)就能趕到。
14.Is it close to public transportation? 公寓離公共交通近嗎？
It’s two blocks away from the subway. 公寓離地鐵有兩街區(qū)遠(yuǎn)。
There’s a bus station within walking distance. 這附近在步行距離內(nèi)有個(gè)公交車站。
There’s a long walk to the train station.（從公寓）走到火車站要很遠(yuǎn)。
15.Can I have a tour? 我可以參觀一下（公寓）嗎？
application fee申請(qǐng)費(fèi)
You’ll have to pay a $50 non-refundable application fee. I’ll let you know if the application is approved. 你需要支付50美金申請(qǐng)費(fèi)，申請(qǐng)費(fèi)是不予退還的；如果申請(qǐng)通過了的話，我會(huì)告知你的。
