That’s a tough question. I’ve learned so many hard lessons at my age. Because I’m a people person, I would have to say the hardest lesson I learned was that no matter how nice I was, not everyone I meet is going to like me. I eventually realized that the world is full of people and there are far more people that will like me, than not. A favorite quote I once heard: “You can please some of the people all of the time, and all of the people some of the time, but you can’t please all of the people all of the time.” If someone doesn’t like me … oh well …
