比起對(duì)某事實(shí)給予斷言，不如加上 I can('t) tell you that 的包裝，委婉地傳達(dá)自己的意向。不過(guò) I can('t) tell you what (how) 等則表示“我（不）可以告訴你某事”。經(jīng)常會(huì)用到 I can('t) tell you that （可以那么說(shuō)）的句型。

例句：

I can tell you that the prices of cars are a bit high.
