Sometimes we want to say “no”. Think of the times when that guy asks you to have dinner with him, but you have zero interest in him. Or maybe you only treat him as a friend, but he wants to be more than “just friends”. What can we say? We want to let them know how we think, but we don’t want them to be unhappy.
有時(shí)候我們想說(shuō)“不”。想象一下,一個(gè)男生邀請(qǐng)你共進(jìn)晚餐,但你對(duì)他完全沒(méi)有興趣。或者說(shuō),你只把他當(dāng)朋友,但他想更進(jìn)一步。我們可以怎么說(shuō)呢?我們想讓它們知道我們的想法,但又不想讓它們難過(guò)。
