Tim: Amy, you don't look so well. What happened?
蒂姆：埃米，你看上去很不好，怎么了？
Amy: Yes. I feel terrible. I have been coughing for the whole morning.

Tim: Do you feel anything else?

Amy: No. This is my first time abroad. I am not sure what is wrong with me.

Tim: Don't worry. I believe you are just not agreeing with the local climate. I will get you some medicine. You will be alright after a good rest.

Amy: Thank you very much.
