#1. No sweat ＃2. No biggie 沒關系、別客氣、舉手之勞
"No sweat" is a short version of "no sweat off my back."
"No sweat" 是 "no sweat of my back" 的縮短版
"sweat" 是流汗的意思，緊張的時候是不是會汗流浹背啊？
這時候一句No sweat，就能讓人平靜不少。
"No biggie" comes from "No big deal".
"No biggie" 是從"No big deal" 演變而來，也是“不是個事兒”的意思。比如：
怎么用？
A: I'm sorry I'm running a few minutes late. 不好意思，我要遲到幾分鐘。
B: No sweat. 沒事的啦/不要緊。

"You bet" is similar to "No sweat". But it also has other usages:
"You bet" 和"No sweat"很像，但還有別的用法
This phrase can be used in a variety of situations across the board: 很多廣泛場景下都可以用
怎么用？
A: Do you like living in Shanghai？ 你喜歡住在上海嗎？
B: You bet. I love it! 當然咯，我非常喜歡！

Americans totally love using "totally": 美國人絕對很喜歡用“絕對的”
Totally絕對是美國人的口頭禪，用來表達認同和強調
A:Her skirt is too short.她的裙子太短了。
B:Totally. 就是啊!
A:This hamburger is delicious.這個漢堡太好吃了。
B:Totally. It's mouthwatering.絕對的！都是汁水。
The term first came from valley girls: 這個表達最早是起源于“山谷女孩”。
Valley girls are girls from Socal (Southern California) “山谷女孩”是難加州的女孩們，因為南加州被稱為“山谷”

#5. Literally 真的，毫不夸張的！
"Literally" 也是美國人最愛的口頭禪之一
Literally means "actually", without exaggeration: literally的意思是“字面上講”，指很真實、不夸張，用來強調真實性。
但是實際使用起來卻通常相反，超級夸張！
對比一下：
The office is so hot. I'm literally sweating. 辦公室真熱，我真的在流汗，一點都不夸張
It's so hot in the office. I'm literally dying. 辦公室真熱，我是真的要熱死了，一點都不夸張。（但明顯就是夸張）
還有一些詞，比如"practically"，用起來也同樣矛盾。下次有機會跟大家分享。

#6. Likewise 我也是
I literally can't recommend this phrase more: 毫不夸張，我真的太推薦這個詞了
"Likewise" is used to agree with someone or express a mutual feeling: 它用來贊同別人的意見、或者表達同感
It's very useful in social networking situations: 社交場合很有用
It will help you sound very authentic: 它能幫你聽上去很地道
怎么用？
A: It's a pleasure to meet you. 認識你很高興
B: Likewise. 我也是
A: It's been great talking to you.跟你聊的很高興
B: Likewise. 我也是
但是有種情況千萬不能用！
A: I love you! 我愛你。
B: Likewise. 我也是。
Don't say that! 有人跟你說我愛你，千萬別回答“likewise”
It's too cold and lighthearted: 太冷淡、太漫不經心了

幫你長話短說的小短語
#7. Long story short 長話短說
If you don't want to go into too much detail, you can summarize or sum things up: 如果不想贅述很多細節，那可以概括總結一下。
比如，Jenny常被問：
A: When did you start OpenLanguage? How did you started OpenLanguage?
你什么時候開始創辦開言英語的？你怎么會創辦開言英語的？
B: We started three years ago. Long story short, we are the leading English podcast in China now. 我們三年前開始的, 長話短說, 現在開言是國內最受歡迎的英語播客之一
如果覺得自己說得太多、或者說不下去了，
Long story short 也非常適合！

#8.In a nutshell 簡單來說
It's similar to "long story short": 這個短語和“long story short”很接近
It can help you move the conversation forward. 可以幫你推進談話
Use "in a nutshell" if you want to skip detailed description or put a complex idea in simple words: 如果你不想講很多細節、或者想把復雜的事情用簡單的話表達，可以用這個短語
It's a great snapshot: 是個很好的概括

#9. The rest is history 其它的都已是歷史（就不多說了）
“The rest is history" is often used to describe past achievements: 常用來描述過去的成就
怎么用？
Steve Jobs started Apple in his garage with some computer parts and a little bit of passion. As they say, the rest is history: 喬布斯當年在自家車庫靠一些零件和熱情起步。
其它的都已成為歷史，言下之意就是大家都知道蘋果后來成為了偉大的公司

It's often used when people talk about a successful person or company: 常用來描述成功的人或公司
Everyone knows their success now, so there's no need to go into details: 大家都知道他們的成就，不用說很多過程中的細節
