Li Tian: I am good at handling accidents and emergencies.

Smith: Suppose one of your tourist leave something in the hotel. Will you let the bus go back?
史密斯:假如你的一位游客把東西落在酒店,你會讓車掉頭回去嗎?
Li Tian: No, I won't.
李甜:不會。
Smith: Why?
史密斯:為什么?
Li Tian: Because I won't make this thing happen. I'll check before we leave the hotel.
李甜:因為我不會讓這種事情發(fā)生,在我們離開酒店之前我就會檢查好。
Smith: Another question. What will you do when the tourists quarrel with you?
史密斯:另外一個問題。當游客跟你吵架的時候,你會怎么做?
Li Tian: I'll apologize first.
李甜:我會首先道歉。
Smith: And then?
史密斯:然后呢。
Li Tian: I'll find the reason and see what I can do. I'll never lose temper in front of my tourists.
